You’re in the right place.

Starting therapy is an important step toward understanding yourself more clearly and creating meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship challenges, therapy can help you make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater confidence and intention.

Finding the right fit—in style, personality, and approach—is an essential part of that process.

Hi, I’m Jennifer DeSouza.

You have a sense that something needs to shift.
On the surface, you may be functioning well—but internally, you feel anxious, restless, or quietly dissatisfied. You might find yourself overthinking, holding high standards, or moving through life on autopilot without feeling fully connected or fulfilled.

You’re not looking for quick fixes—you want to understand yourself more deeply, make sense of persistent patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I offer psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, chronic dissatisfaction, self-doubt, and relationship challenges. I provide in-person therapy in Arlington, MA and virtual therapy across Massachusetts, offering a flexible and supportive space for this work.

My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and feel more aligned in how you live, relate, and make decisions.

I work especially well with high-achieving adults who appear “fine on the outside” but struggle internally with anxiety and a sense that something is missing.

If you’re ready to move beyond feeling stuck and create a life that feels more meaningful and connected, I invite you to reach out.
